I will record a bass line that perfectly compliments your song. My greatest strength as a player is my ‘feel,’ with my main influences being Pino Palladino, Paul McCartney and Donald Duck Dunn….simple bass lines that play true to the song.

]]> We’ll discuss exactly what you’re looking for, and what the song is about, and I’ll create and record a bass line that compliments the other instruments in your track. I especially love to groove!

I record with my Universal Audio Apollo Interface, TC Electronic BH550 Bass Head and my pedal board, which can consist of:

  • BOSS Line Selector
  • Digitech Bass Synth Wah
  • Paul Gilbert Airplane Flange
  • Sansamp Bass Driver DI x2 (spilt low and high)
  • EHX POG
  • EHX BIG MUFF
  • Bonafide Buffer

With the line selector, I can split the high and low frequencies, allowing me to maintain deep bass whilst adding effects on the treble. I can easily achieve a MUSE or Royal Blood sound with this setup! As well as a very nice clean powerful bass sound being achieved with most things turned off!

I can accomodate all genres/styles, and I also have a 70s Tokai bass if you’re looking for a more vintage sound.
